Dog and small animal rescue and adoption in the Barnsley area of South Yorkshire.

We rescue and re-home abandoned and unwanted pets, mainly  dogs at present, with the aim of finding them a new, forever home.

If you can't see just what you are looking for then please keep checking our website as we never know what we will be getting in next.

We do carry out home checks before re-homing any animals.

Please note that our dogs are at the Netherlands Boarding Kennels, Kilnhurst Road, Kilnhurst, Mexborough, South Yorks S64 5TL.  Tel: 01709 523555.  (See below).

Although the kennels are open 9am to 5pm every day, preferred visiting is after 12:00 to allow for feeding, walking etc. Please ensure you arrive by 3.30pm to allow time to properly view our dogs.

Please note that Kilnhurst road is at present closed to traffic from Warren Vale / Dale Road at Sandhill and access to the kennels is via Wentworth Road, Victoria Street (turn right at traffic lights) and Glasshouse Road. Traffic can however exit Kilnhurst road on to Warren Vale / Dale Road.
